Orders take 1-2 business days to be processed. If not stated otherwise.

*Processing time estimates do not guarantee a specific shipping date, when the order is dispatched we send e-mail with the tracking number. 

To make sure your order is delivered on time, please specify the exact delivery address, additional information for the courier (entrance code, office number, etc.), and a phone number so the courier could contact the recipient prior the delivery.

The courier has the right to ask the recipient for an ID document (passport, ID-card, driver's license) to confirm the identity of the recipient. The recipient has to make sure in the presence of the courier that the order was received intact.

All customs fees or other costs associated with the delivery of goods are paid by the client.

Plumpology.lips is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Once the order is out for delivery, the responsibility is solely on the delivery company and the courier. In any situation that arises, please contact the assigned local delivery company.

If your tracking says "returned to the sender", be prepared to pay additional shipping costs.
